The splintered texture of wood allows me to effectively create layers, painting over select areas while letting the wood show its own natural ondulation. For me, these layers re-
present the curving of time, the overlap of different dimensions, and the fragmented
nature of one soul throughout many lifetimes.
Essentially, this series represents
inquisitiveness, and the longing to
understand the many mysteries of life.
